In-depth experience in company operations, scaling up businesses, business turnaround, mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integration. Exposure of handling company operation and P&L for South East Asia & Pacific region, with a proven record of strategic, analytical skills and a mindset of managing sustainable and profitable ventures.

Combines strategic and tactical financial expertise with strong qualifications in business development, corporate governance, and M&A. Hands on experience in managing eight M&As with a total Capex of more than $ 1 Billion with national and international blue-chip investors & consulting firm across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
